At Cocoa-Cabana, we’re passionate about chocolate and it shows in everything we do. From our small but functional and fully approved home kitchen in South Manchester, we lovingly handcraft every chocolate, chocolate cake and chocolate dessert.
It means that everything we make is not only delicious, but totally unique, down to each sprinkling of cocoa powder. It also means that all our products taste just as good as they look.
We design for any occasion – birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, christenings and Bar Mitzvahs - to name but a few, offering a stunning centrepiece for your special occasion. In addition, we will personalise your products in any way you like and even add a logo if you’re a corporate customer.

That same love and care also goes into our bespoke chocolates and desserts, all of which are handmade with locally sourced organic ingredients. We use high quality Belgium chocolate in our products and at your request, can make any item with organic, fair-trade and diabetic chocolate.

Cocoa-Cabana is the brainchild of Sarah Gallacher, who has been trained in the art of chocolate at the famous Slattery patissier.
