We train one group session a week and you will be given an optional workout plan to follow in between - perfect for those who want to get even more out of the programme.

Boot camps are total body workouts which boost your metabolism and increase functional fitness. Our Elite Bootcamp Sessions are held at St.Aidan's Church Hall, Corner of Palatine Road and Parkfield Road South, West Didsbury, Manchester M20 2DA between 7.00-8.00pm each Wednesday. Sports clothing and trainers should be worn and we would strongly advise that participants bring a towel & water bottle.Train 8 Weeks for £45.00! Train 4 Weeks for £25.00! Drop in £7 per session.
