Hi! I am Andreas your Personal Trainer.
The human body is an astonishing piece of art. We are designed to move and if we do it in the correct way we can increase our ability to perform and enjoy life.
We all want to live a full life. Meet friends, have a glass of good wine or a pint in the pub. Eat something indulgent. Feel great about yourself.
I believe it is about finding the right balance.
Physical exercise and movement help to establish that balance. We don’t need to train for hours to get there.
The correct training and knowledge about nutrition will definitely transform you.
I can give you all the support you need to challenge and develop yourself.

You can choose between different training formats with me:
- One 2 One (personal training)
- Two 2 One (train with a partner)
- Group session (Boot Camp, circuits…)
