We've been working away in the background to bring you an extensive range of cocktails and now delighted to announce that our cocktail menu is now up and running. We've even thought about the non-drinkers and the drivers in your party - you too can now join in the fun with our very tempting, but strictly non-alcoholic cocktails...
Pinchjo's cocktails have all been designed to compliment our food and our ethos for fresh ingredients and individuality - enjoy!
ALCOHOLIC COCKTAILS
Pinchjo's Sangria - Jug £15 / Glass £4.50 Traditional sangria made with brandy, orange liquer, red wine, sugar and fresh orange juice and lemonade.
Mango & Raspberry Sangria - Jug £15 Our twist on the classic, made with brandy, orange liquer, mango juice, fresh raspberries, red wine, raspberry syrup and lemonade.
Mexican Sangria - Jug £15 Tequila, orange liquer, red wine, lovely fresh pineapple juice and lemonade.
Classic Caipirinha - Glass £5.50 The national drink of Brazil, consisting of fresh lime and sugar muddled with Cachca Sugar can spirit, served over crushed ice, short.
El Verano Subio (Summer Rose) - Glass £5.50 Hendrick's gin, sugar, rose wine and lemonade, served long over ice. A refreshing twist on the gin & tonic and sangria.
Pinchjo's Bloody Mary - Glass £5.50 Made with vodka, tomato juice, limes, worcester sauce, tabasco and sherry - Joe says it's good!
Espresso Martini - Glass £5.50 Shot of illy espresso, vodka, kaluha and sugar. Served and shaken in a martini glass.
Some Like It Hot - Glass £5.50 Kaluha, vodka, chocolate espresso and chilli syrup. Served in a martini glass.
Joe's Special - Glass £6.00 Created by Joe himself - brandy, kaluha, baileys - and shaken on ice. Delicious!
