Michael Bach, of The Body Planner, is soon to launch his very latest project, as part of his campaign to get the people of South Manchester as fit as possible.
In the very near future, he will be opening up a brand new bootcamp that will operate across parts of Manchester and Cheshire called "ABC Bootcamp". Athletic Body Conditioning will focus on improving fitness and bodyshape in the great outdoors, enabling you to look, feel and perform better than ever before. Michael will be using cutting edge drills and routines that work, but in a fun, supportive group environment that offers something a bit different - you'll get the energy to work like never before!
As part of the opening, Michael is going to give, to the first twenty members, by way of invite only, UNLIMITED BOOTCAMP MEMBERSHIP FOR LIFE. All that Michael asks in return, is that as well as enjoying bootcamp, his core team of the first twenty members, refer one person per month [or every 5 weeks on average] to ABC Bootcamp.
