Visitor Open Days at Fast and Fun Fat Loss at one of Leading UK Fitness Camps

Are you like one of the many, many people that I see and speak to each day? Here are some of the goals I’ve come across...

- I want to hit “x stone and lbs” before Spring
- I would like to lose 4 inches around my waist to fit into a Size _!
- I would like to be able to run 5 miles without stopping
- I would like to climb the stairs at work without getting out of breath.

So why do we want goals such as these and more? I asked a few people more recently and several of the reasons were "I want to"...

- look and feel great naked
- have bucket loads of energy all day from when I wake up in the morning to last thing at night
- fit into “that” dress
- get compliments about how good I look and feel more confident about myself
- have better looking skin
- have clothes to fit my shape properly and look great for my holiday/Christmas Do
- be able to play with my children both now and in the future without feeling (too) out of breath!



Unfortunately a lot of us are not yet there (or anywhere near close) and perhaps not for want of trying and instead the current picture can look something like this...

- I wake up feeling tired and don’t feel like I’ve been rested.
- I feel frustrated and/or self-conscious about my body shape and how my clothes fit
- I feel like I’m caught in a web of career and family and feel like my health is suffering
- I don’t like looking at myself in pictures or in the mirror



Not a good feeling, is it?

To achieve those goals and those feelings that you WANT you need to be performing an effective exercise routine (not just any sort of exercise) with a healthy nutritious eating plan that does not follow any particular “fad”, does not take up as much time as you think necessary and keeps you motivated, a big part of which is making progress and getting RESULTS!

A.B.C. Boot Camp is having some visitor open days in the next 2 weeks starting Monday 7th December till Wednesday 16th December where you can try out the exercise component of the service (for any fitness level!) and work within motivated, friendly groups while finding out more about the nutrition programs and the website community dedicated to members of A.B.C. Boot Camp and see why it has worked for so many others and why it will help achieve your goals.

We want more people to understand why their current approach is not being productive and help them achieve the result they deserve and our open days help people try without any risk.
