Foresight Fitness Services was established in 2002, to offer a high quality personal training service across Greater Manchester and Cheshire (mainly working in the Didsbury, Cheadle, Gatley and Wilmslow areas). We feel that personal fitness and nutrition are very important factors which contribute to a healthy, happy and long life.
At Foresight we understand that every client is unique, and as such each client will have very different wellbeing goals. We ensure that each client receives an individual consultation and each program (and resulting training sessions) are tailor made to fit your specific needs. No one size fits all here!
When using a Foresight trainer you are not committed to any contracts or minimum number of sessions per week. You can book sessions as and when you need them or for the length of time it takes to achieve your goals.
Our trainers are all qualified to a very high levels and all have at least 3 years experience in their field. All trainers carry insurance and first aid qualifications, and are committed to continually updating their skills. All our training team take part in regular staff training and attend a variety of courses/seminars to update their skills base. All of this allows us to offer you very effective and innovative training sessions.

Our Services...
We offer a wide range of personal wellbeing solutions, including :-
FITNESS CONSULTATION - A one hour session aimed at assessing your current state of wellbeing and helping you identify your personal wellbeing goals. The session includes a range of wellbeing tests (blood pressure, glucose levels, cholesterol levels, lung function, etc) Each session is followed up with a written report including a route plan to achievement of your identified goals.
PERSONAL TRAINING - A one hour training session aiming to help you meet your personal fitness goals within a challenging and motivational environment. A trainer will come to a venue of your choice (gym/home/office/local park), with a range of fitness equipment to provide a challenging workout.
GROUP TRAINING – As above but training sessions can be provided for groups of two to five people.
NUTRITIONAL ADVICE - A one hour session that evaluates your state of nutritional health, then offer advice on how changes in your diet may affect your overall wellbeing. This session will lead to the development of an individual nutritional plan and status report.
