Jo is a qualified reflexologist holding a VCTC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology (including Anatomy and Physiology). She is fully insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). She has completed a Fertility and Maternity Association of Reflexologists accredited course by David Wayte at Jublilee College. David was filmed for the BBC documentary ' Make me a Baby'.
Jo currently volunteers as a reflexologist at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust Hospital in Manchester, providing treatments for cancer patients and their carers as part of an award winning complementary therapy service. She has also attended a course for Adapting Reflexology for Hospice and Cancer Care.
Her treatments aim to create a feeling of well-being and promote health, balance, energy and relaxation.
Before your first treatment, she will complete a full consultation to ensure reflexology is suitable. If you are considering reflexology whilst under medical supervision, it is requested that you obtain written permission from your doctor/clinic. Please also note that reflexology is not intended to replace conventional medicine, but to supplement it and help restore your body's equilibrium.
