Stimulate or energize yourself with your personal choice of essential oil and the exotic aromas will unconditionally deepen your breaths and send you into a state of relaxation. Add a little relaxing music, the intermittent sound of water droplets and the warmth of the Thai Style compresses massaging you from head to toe, and what you are really left with is an hour of bliss.
The use of temperature, pressure and texture throughout the therapy initiates a sense of anticipation. You become unsure where the following pressure will fall and what sensation it will incur. This makes for a more intense and effective experience as each compression feels fresh and different.
