At Thyme out Delicatessen we have evolved over the last 4 years to meet our customer needs. Currently we run an A1 retail shop with an ancillary café. We would like to apply to the council to change our use from A1 retail shop to A3 Café/ Restaurant. This will make no change to the day to day operation of the delicatessen. Situated in West Didsbury, South Manchester’s food capital, Thyme Out Delicatessen provides Burton Road with a wide selection of luxury food, sourced from locally and around the world.

Everything we stock has been chosen by our chefs and buyers to meet this, and our other rigorous requirements of great taste, fine quality and as few artificial colours and preservatives as possible. Something we know our customers will love!

We’re not prepared to compromise on the freshness and quality of our homemade produce, which is why the vast majority of our freshly prepared food is made using fruit and vegetables grown in own back garden. You can’t get much fresher than that!

Our extensive sandwich and Gourmet Ready Meal ranges are all produced on the premises from the freshest and finest ingredients. Unlike the ready meals you buy at the supermarket, you can rest assured that our selection has been freshly prepared by our chef to restaurant quality recipes, and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Whether you’re after a coffee and a croissant on the way to work, a freshly made sandwich at lunchtime, something more substantial for your evening meal, or even a three course dinner for that special occasion, make Thyme to pay us a visit. Our selection of produce is constantly being updated as different foods come into season, and our chef will take orders on any special requests!
