Rhubarb is situated in the foodie haven of Burton Road in West Didsbury and was established in 2002 by husband & wife, Mark & Lisa Ramsden.

Mark, a chef of twenty years experience has created a contemporary & eclectic menu which has defined this independent restaurant. Lisa manages the front of house team, and provides a warm welcome to customers old & new.

Seating forty four inside and twenty outside, as well as being open seven days a week, Rhubarb is perfect for a romantic

dinner for two or a business gathering for twenty. We are also available for private hire, so Rhubarb is ideal for weddings, christenings and birthdays.
