The Folk Beach Experience

As a bit of a pre-cursor to our little Folky jaunt to Ibiza, we decided to have a practice run, and so created a little beach of our very own, outside our gorgeous bar on Burton Road...

Friday 25th June saw three tonnes of sand being delivered to Folk. We can usually begin the day in a fairly relaxed mode, but not with quite a few sand bags waiting to be spread, beach-style! So, with all hands to the sand bags, we were soon tipping and raking - and before we know it, we'd created a little Ibizan hideaway, right here in West Didsbury...
