In what was previously Est Est Est, GUSTO offers a dining experience based on high quality food, drink and service in stylish surroundings.

Influenced by the glamour of 1950s New York Italian restaurants in a contemporary setting, GUSTO has a strong focus on freshly prepared classic and modern Italian dishes.

There is also a stand alone bar that sits along side the restaurant with an extensive range of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails.

GUSTO Didsbury provides a friendly, relaxed environment with food, drink and service that remains true to the concept of the restaurant; classical elegance and glamour.

At GUSTO we source responsibly both on land and at sea, seeking-out local suppliers wherever possible who use traditional, sustainable and natural methods of husbandry to provide the best and freshest produce available.
