| Amy graduated from
Newcastle University with a degree in English Literature
in July 2003, then returned home to Burnley, Lancashire
to forge a career as a local hack. She masquerades as
a barmaid in her local pub and is planning a return
to university next year to gain her Masters qualification
in journalism.
In her spare time she is most likely
to be found hidden in a book listening to old rock music.
Or, trying to write poetry whilst drinking too many
brews in greasy cafes, weighing up the pros and cons
of an HMV store card.
