Pinchjo's aims to combine our love of food with a British version of Spanish Pinchos as found in Northern Spain's Pintxo bars.

In Spanish, ‘pinch' means to ‘spike'. The Pincho concept is a combination of healthy foods with fresh bread, ‘spiked' with a toothpick. Enjoyed with good beer and wine, two or three Pinchos offer the ideal bar food.
