I am a tutor of 30 years' experience who has taught children from the ages of 6 to 16 years and adults of any age. I am based in South Manchester. I empower schoolchildren to attain great achievements and adults to learn languages which they will use when they go on holiday. That way they get more out of their holiday. I specialise in Maths and English and preparation for 11+ Plus exams. I also teach French and Spanish to children up to 16 years and French Spanish and Italian to adults (for holiday purposes).

Adults' classes are best when students form a group because it is good for them to encourage each other to learn and practise the language.

Children's classes are better when taught one to one, as this enables me to respond to the student's individual requirements, although they can sometimes work well with more than one student.

When you contact me I will assess your needs and work out with you what kind of tuition you need. Then I will teach you or your child according to a set programme which will maximise their chance of success. I will feedback what progress has been made after each lesson and recommend any changes to the tuition content, if necessary.
